Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to SKYGATE at skygate.games, including free virtual play and real-money crypto wagering where lawfully offered. By creating an account or placing a real-money wager you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal gambling age in your jurisdiction).
- You must not be located in a sanctioned or operator-blocked jurisdiction.
- Registration is personal; third-party and underage accounts are prohibited.
- Server-recorded age and Terms acceptance is required before deposits or real bets.
2. Nature of the product
SKYGATE is a provably-fair crash game with a disclosed house edge (default 1%). Real-money outcomes can result in total loss of stakes. Free virtual coins have no cash value.
3. Geo and licensing
Real-money features are available only where the licensed operator is permitted to offer them. The public license disclosure on the site identifies the operator when counsel publishes it. Void where prohibited. A Curaçao licence does not override local law in target markets.
4. Wallets, deposits, withdrawals
- Balances are denominated in USDT ledger units; crypto settlement rails are operator-selected.
- Deposits credit after payment-provider confirmation and HMAC-verified webhooks.
- Withdrawals may require KYC, MFA, address cool-down, and ops approval.
- Auto-payout caps apply during pilot; larger withdrawals are queued.
5. Fairness
Each round commits to a server seed hash before flight. The crash point is verifiable after bust. Do not rely on past results to predict future rounds.
6. Prohibited conduct
Fraud, multi-accounting to abuse bonuses, payment abuse, bots on money paths, and attempts to exploit APIs are grounds for suspension, KYC escalation, and fund hold pending review.
7. Responsible gambling
Loss, stake, deposit, and session limits plus self-exclusion are available in-game. See the Responsible Gambling policy.
