Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SKYGATE processes to operate accounts, fairness, payments, AML/KYC, and responsible gambling.

Data we process

• Account identifiers (email, Google/Telegram auth ids, username).
• Wallet, deposit, withdrawal, bet, and ledger records.
• IP/geo signals used for geo-fencing and abuse controls.
• KYC/AML case metadata when identity checks are required.
• Optional analytics only after consent (PostHog).

Purpose and legal bases

We process data to provide the service, prevent fraud, meet AML/CFT and licensing duties, enforce geo restrictions, and handle disputes. Crypto payments may be screened (KYT) where required.

Retention

Transactional and AML records are retained for the period required by applicable law (typically at least five years for AML in many regimes). Marketing analytics can be deleted earlier on request where law allows.

Your rights

Subject to legal holds, you may request access or deletion via skygate.games@proton.me or the in-game account tools when enabled. Self-exclusion and open investigations may delay erasure of financial records.
